The website www.eameye.com is owned by Evelyne Ameye (hereinafter "EA"), a member of the Madrid Bar Association and the Brussels Bar Association. EA owns all copyright, industrial or other property rights of the website. Likewise, she is the owner and has all the rights and/or licenses over the content of the same, and the user is only authorized to view its content for personal use. The reproduction, distribution or public communication, by any means or mode, of the contents of the website is prohibited. EA reserves the right to modify or update its contents as she deems appropriate, as well as to delete it and/or restrict or modulate access to it, temporarily or permanently. Browsing the website does not require any registration. In case of using the contact form on the website and providing personal data, the user must accept the privacy policy in which all the information provided for by the applicable regulations is provided. The prepared material included on the website is for informational purposes only and may be modified or deleted at any time. The materials and/or information may not be up-to-date and in no case can they be considered advice. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, EA informs the user of the following points regarding the circumstances of the processing of personal data. The data controller is EA, calle Jardines 11, 28250 Torrelodones, evelyne@eameye.com. The data provided by the user by contacting us and, where appropriate, the data of their browsing will be processed in order to be able to contact the user in the event that he has requested to contact EA Law or has raised a doubt or question or requested information and, where applicable, to manage the browsing on the website. In the case of requests for information or contact, the legal basis for the processing of the data will be the legitimate interest in responding to the query or request for information. The data will only be accessed by providers of logistics and IT services necessary to manage the enquiry. Personal data will be kept for a maximum period of two (2) years from the moment the query is resolved. The user may exercise his rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability by sending a written communication to evelyne@eameye.com . In the event that the user considers that his rights have not been properly addressed, he may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
