The 2015 Vidhi Report presented by the Indian Government to US President Barack Obama uses Evelyne Ameye´s publications to justify the rule of reason of Indian nuclear law. After many years of discussion, an agreement was reached whereby the US decided to respect Indian nuclear law, responding to India´s proposal to create an insurance pool to insure the liability of nuclear suppliers.
